What can a high school student do?

Usually, teens would rather play computer games, join social networking sites, find desirable short-lived mates, go out with friends, join parties and make a fool out of themselves, buy a mirror so they can make sure they always look good, make their parents miserable, or just be a slob and sleep all day. But this little mind from an island somewhere in the Philippines has something else in his mind. Let's see what he can do.
